Welcome to influencerlife. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using influencerlife, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- All information you provide is accurate and truthful
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
2. User Accounts
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Content Ownership
You retain all rights to the content you upload (digital products, images, text, videos). By uploading content, you grant us a license to host, store, and deliver that content as part of providing the service.
Username Policy
Usernames must be unique and cannot impersonate others, infringe trademarks, or contain offensive content. We reserve the right to reclaim or reassign usernames at our discretion.
3. Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to use influencerlife for:
- Illegal activities or selling illegal products/services
- Scams, fraud, or deceptive practices
- Adult content, gambling, or weapons sales
- Infringing on intellectual property rights of others
- Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory content
- Spamming, phishing, or malware distribution
- Violating ASCI (Advertising Standards Council of India) guidelines for influencer marketing
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Pricing and Commission
Subscription Plans
We offer Free, Starter (₹299/month), Pro (₹499/month), and Agency (₹1,999/month) plans. Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
Platform Commission
We charge a 3% commission on all successful sales through checkout pages and bio shop products. This commission is automatically deducted when funds are settled to you. The commission covers payment processing, file hosting, email delivery, and platform maintenance.
Price Changes
We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. If you are on a paid plan, the new price will apply at your next billing cycle. You can cancel before then to avoid the increase.
5. Payments and Refunds
Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details. By using our service, you agree to Razorpay's terms and privacy policy.
Refund Policy
Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel a paid plan, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
For buyer refunds (customers who purchased from your checkout pages), refunds are handled directly between you (the seller) and the buyer. We do not automatically process refunds. You must initiate refunds through your Razorpay dashboard.
6. Digital File Delivery
When you sell digital products, we automatically deliver files to buyers via email with a secure download link. Download links are valid for 72 hours and can be used up to 3 times by default (you can configure this).
You are responsible for ensuring that:
- You have the right to sell the files you upload
- Files are properly formatted and not corrupted
- Files do not contain viruses or malware
- File descriptions and preview images are accurate
7. Account Termination
By You
You may delete your account at any time from your settings page. Upon deletion, your profile data will be removed within 30 days. However, we may retain order records for legal and tax compliance.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if your account has been inactive for more than 2 years. We will notify you via email before termination unless immediate action is required for security or legal reasons.
8. Liability and Disclaimers
Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime.
Content Liability
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and sell. We are not liable for copyright infringement, trademark violations, or other legal issues arising from your content.
Transaction Disputes
Disputes between sellers and buyers must be resolved directly between the parties. We are not responsible for disputes, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, influencerlife shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
9. Intellectual Property
The influencerlife platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform.
"influencerlife" and our logo are our trademarks. You may not use them without our written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
